Overview

Community Land Trust Brussels is currently developing new economic and partnership models to preserve and expand affordable housing production in a context of decreasing public subsidies and growing housing needs. In particular, CLT Brussels has developed a unique social financing tool for renovating existing buildings to create long-term affordable and inclusive housing — this model is currently being piloted with two homes.

The support of a funding partner would allow CLT Brussels to accelerate the deployment of these financially sustainable renovation models and strengthen partnerships with public stakeholders. It would also help to reach significantly more low-income households and increase the number of affordable homes delivered through the renovation of existing buildings.

Your support would expand access to affordable, energy-efficient housing, reduce renovation inequalities, and strengthen long-term community-based housing solutions in Brussels through the renovation of existing homes.
