Housing is a key social determinant of residents’ health and wellbeing. Healthy housing that is affordable, suitable, and secure – like CLTs provide – can reduce overall health inequalities . A study from our member London CLT supports this, with residents reporting improved health since moving in. We want to build on this work to conduct a network-wide study of the health and wellbeing benefits of CLT housing in particular, evidencing the impact CLTs have on residents’ health and further improving our practice.
